How to apply to be a Mediator and Partner Organization:
Initial Requirements:
1.Send letter of intent address to the National Coordinator (Sr. Agnetia Naval, SFIC) signifying your interest to be a Mediator or partner.
2.Brochures from the Partner organization (if available)
If Approved and there is a possibility of partnership:
1) An initial physical visit of the organization will be conducted by the national coordinating team or assigned regional mediator in the area
2) An orientation for both the partner organization and Mediator is a must. It is important that the partner organization knows about the working method and network to increase the commitment and the involvement of partnership
3) The following documents will be required by the National Coordinating Office :
Documents signifying the legal identity of the organization. Any of the following documents (SEC or DSWD, or DepEd, or DOH registration or certification)
letter or certification from church or bishop for congregation
Board resolution signifying the interest to be partner with Liliane
Board Resolution for the appointment of the Mediator
Vision, Mission, Program and services, funding support
Location site
Organizational structure – role and function of the Board of Trustees taking into account the separation of the board on the implementation of the program
4) Completion of all documents
5) Signing of MOU of both parties
