Isabela Map
Map of Isabela

Isabela School for the Deaf is located in the capital town of Ilagan in the province of Isabela. It is the second province of Luzon far north from Manila. It is located to the south of Cagayan, from the east of Sierra Madre to Escaparada Pt. in Cagayan. They said that Isabela "guaranties the highest quality cigars" and the large tobacco and rice bowl region. The main sources of the people here are tobacco, cattle raising, fishing and logging. They also make handicrafts like furniture, basketry, and rattan.
