Designed to uplift the situation of poor Filipino disabled children 0-14 years, the STAC is a venue for free comprehensive rehabilitation, and at the same time, an informal training center for socialization. Through the years, it has gained support from LGUs and evolved to provide more services such as educational assistance to CWDs and livelihood support for their families who need such services.
