The Foundation is continually working for the establishment of new homes in cooperation with other agencies to provide shelter to the many disabled who are homeless.
It provides a temporary home for students at Bahay Biyaya Student Hostel and Bukang Liwayway and those undergoing training at National Vocational Rehabilitaction Center at Bahay San Lorenzo Ruiz. In addition it also provides a home to the serverely disabled at Bahay San Jose in Alfonso, Cavite, Bahay Kahirup at J.P.Rizal St., Makati and at Bahay San Pedro in Bustos, Bulacan.
The Foundation provides scholarship grants to poor deserving and qualified high school and college students twenty to thirty students every year enjoy these scholarship grant. They are provided with dormitory facilities at Balay Biyaya Student Hostel in Cubao, Quezon City and Bukang Liwayway Home in Quiapo, Manila. In addition, the Foundation provide them food, board & lodging fee through individual sponsors.
