Statement of Faith:

WE BELIEVE the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original writings, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life. (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:19 21)

WE BELIEVE in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (John 16:12-15; Matthew 28:19)

WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man. (Romans 1:3-4; Matthew 1:18 23; Luke 1:26-35; Philippians 2:6-8)

WE BELIEVE that man was created in the image of God, that he sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death which is separation from God; that all human beings are born with a sinful nature, and that those who reach moral responsibility become sinners in thought, word and deed. (Romans 1:18-32; Romans 3:9-23)

WE BELIEVE that the Lord Jesus died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. (Hebrews 9:22; I Peter 1:18-20; Hebrews 10:10; I Peter 3:18)

WE BELIEVE in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into heaven, and His present life there for us, as High Priest and Advocate. (I Corinthians 15:1-20; Hebrews 7:21-25)
