GOALS
-For the hearing impaired persons to be God-fearing.
-For the hearing impaired persons to be physically developed, aware, and acquainted with normal individuals.
-For the hearing impaired persons to be ego boosted and developed high self-esteem.
-For the hearing impaired person to be academically equipped.

OBJECTIVES
-To deepen the spirituality of life of the hearing impaired persons.
-To uplift the moral, emotional and social well-being of the hearing impaired persons.
-To develop their talents and potentials, to equip them appropriate knowledge, attitudes, values and skills and to mobilize them to train and help them within a framework for holistic being.
-To help the hearing impaired persons to be able to communicate and to live normally with his/her family and other individuals in the community.
