11. That the maximum time for the CLIENT'S representative to notify
the WEB PAGE DESIGNER of his/her decision about the final, additional
and other revisions and the final designed web pages is two (2) weeks.
if the WEB PAGE DESIGNER is not notified whether text message or in writing, within two weeks, it will be assumed that the site has been approved;
12. That the WEB PAGE DESIGNER has the right to include accessibility issues
in designing the web site; This means that the site can be accessed by
any body including the visually impaired, low vision, and other persons with disabilities (per UN proposal for ICT accessibility);
13. As the producer of the web page, the WEB PAGE DESIGNER will be include its name and logo at the bottom of the first designed page with a link to its website;
14. That the CLIENT may request the WEB PAGE DESIGNER to apply for a
free email address from the most popular free mail service provider,
YAHOO.COM;
15. That after the completion of the web site, the WEB PAGE DESIGNER
will submit the site to popular search engines like GOOGLE.COM
and YAHOO.COM in order for the site to be known worldwide;
16. That after the uploading of the final approved web site, the
CLIENT may request for additional changes provided that they
are not major ones;
17. That if the CLIENT requests for a special domain name,
the WEB PAGE DESIGNER may assist in applying for one and
the registration fee will be shoulder ed by the CLIENT.
The fee may expire after one year but may be extended depending
on the CLIENT;
18. That this FREE INTERNET WEB PAGE DESIGNING SERVICE CONTRACT
expires after one (1) year after the approval of the contract. However,
the free web sites will continue to exist without any further revision
from the WEB PAGE DESINER through their leader/designer, is given the full authority and responsibility in providing the service at a cost depending on the agreement that they will enter into.
