               The Terms and Conditions of the Service Agreement are started as follows:

               1. For purpose of making the agreement clear for both parties concerned, the list of                    computer terms and phrases are defined here.
                   a. INTERNET- a computer network consisting of a worldwide network of computer                        networks used to facilitate data transmission and exchange
                   b. WORLD WIDE AREA- the complete set of documents residing on all Internet                         web servers, accessible to users via a simple point-and-click system
                   c. WEB SITE- a set of interconnected web pages, usually including a homepage,                        generally located on the same server, prepared and maintance as a collection of                        information by a  person, group, or organization
                   d. WEB PAGE- a document on the World Wide Web, consisting of an HTML file                        and any related files for scripts and graphics, and often hyperlinked to other                        document on the Web
                   e. WEB HOSTING- a business providing hardware and services to store, maintain,                         and present Web sites and provide Internet connection to those sites and saved                         on a web server
                   f. DOMAIN NAME- series of character and letters separated by a period, such as                       www.hmco.com, that is an address of a computer network connection and that                       identifies the owner of the address
                   g. EMAIL - a system for sending and receiving message electronically over a                        computer network, as between personal computers
                   h. UPLOAD - to transter (data or programs), usually from a peripheral computer or                         device to a central, often remote computer
