Greetings! Welcome to the website of the Philippine Federation of the Deaf, Inc. This website would like to give you information about what   Philippine Federation of the Deaf, Inc. is all about.  

            I hope you will find our website informative and you can contact and communicate with us. We would also welcome your insights and views you would like to share with us. 

           Congratulations to the Manila Christian Computer Institute for the Deaf (MCCID) students for a job well done, for being instrumental in making this website possible. The more we are to be proud of being Deaf. This is just one proof that Deaf can become very productive if given to the chance. “Mabuhay!”
