The painter, is a hardworking and a dreamer who looks forward to finish college and to have an outdoor advertising shop of his own. "Every painter's ambition in the country, to have and build a happy family someday.

At his young age, he already supported himself as a free-lance commercial artist, earning only from Three to Four Thousand Pesos a month in their locality. He donned mostly in streamers and other sign arts for a living. Due to meager income, he ventured in other place until he found a job in Cebu due to the opportunity he got from the company he is associated with today, that is, Goodwill Industry of Cebu, Incorporated.

A soft-spoken gifted lad from ifugao who won gold medals, cash and certificates during the competitions he joined for the past years, this would best describe Lino H. On-non, the competitor for the Wood Carving in Abilympics Category for the 6th Internatioal Abilympics Competition in India this November.
       
       It was his going back to Banaue that gave him the change to participate in skills competiions. He joined the Regional Sills Competition in 2000 at Baguio City representing the Province of ifugao in the Abilympics Category. He made it to the 1st place giving him another oppurtunity to join the 2001 Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC) in Davao City in which he bagged the Gold Medal.

      Twent-year old Shirley Pablo hails from Barangay Ugac Sur in Tuguegarao City and it the eldes of four siblings. Her fater, Dante, is a tricycle driver while her mother, Salud, is a housekeeper. Shirley was born orthopedically handicapped on both legs.

        She aslo loves sewing, which she learned by closely observing her father sew and repair dresses at home. With her father as her first teacher, she mastered herswing skills and now devotes all ger free time to sew and produce small dresses and decorative pieces.

        Confidenty armed with her skills , she participated in the Regiona Skills Competition Abilympics Category in the Embroidery trade area and won the gold medal. She represented Tegion 02 in the 2001 PNSC held in Davao City, where she bagged the gold medal in the same categroy and trade area.

        A Gold Medallist in the 10th Regional Skills Competition (RSC) of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Gold Medallist of the 10th Philippines National Skills Competition (PNSC) both for Dressmaking for the Abilympics Category,this is Ms.Brigida Biogan-Padillan who never expected to prove her talent in this field of interest.

       Brigida was scouted to join the 9th PNSC at Subic in 1999,she was not able to continue the match because of lack of an expert.She made it as a Gold Medallist in Dressmaking during the 10th RSC of CAR in 2000,which brought her to Davao City to vie for Dressmaking in the Abilympics Category.She was fortunate to bag the 1st place among the contestants from other regions thus making her a contender for the 6th International Abilympics Competition in India.The adeptness of her expert Ms.Amy Gandeza is a major factor of her triumph.

          Ervin Ruiz Reyes was diagnosed as profound deaf at age two when his parents noticed that he did not respond to any loud noises.It was not congential because they dont have deaf relatives.Her mother probably traced his deafness due to medication during pregnancy.

        Lastly May 2001, he won Gold Medal in the National Capital Region Skills Competition in Web Page Design Contest.The,he represented NCR in the National Skills Competition in Davao City last September 2001 and won the gold.

     Born on October 27,1977 in Kapalong,Davao del Norte with defective finger and legs,Emmanuel "Dodoy"V.Tagalicod was only nine months old when his mother left him and three other siblings to the care of their grandparents.He never got to see his father while his mother decided to have another family.He grew up in Tagum City with his maternal grandparents who provided them with modest,style living but with more love,happiness and contentment.Being the youngest in a brood of four and the only boy in their family,he was practically showered with everyone's attention even if he grew up with a speech defect in addition to his disabilities.

        An official of the Department of Social Welfare and Development introduced him to the world of Skills Competitions and pretty soon,he found himself earning the coveted Gold Medal in the Furniture and Cabinet Making.His excellent performance was at par with the best outputs of those who were able bodied the 2001 Philippine National Skills Competitions in Davao City.

    Shy, timid but studious and persevering are the best words to describe Lokurdes Borgonia, a 23-year old graduate of a two-year E-Commerce course of STI Educational Services Group-the larest information technology school in the Philippines. originally hails from Cagayan Valley, a province noth of Philippiesm, Lourdes is the seventh of eight children of Marino and Eleonora Borgonia. She became totally blind due to congenital cataract. Lourdes completed her primary and secondary studies at the Philippine National School for the Blind, the only residential school for the blind in the Philippine. Though learn in frame, Lourdes has mananged to excel in sports being the best player in volleyball in high school. she has gamered several academic awards which are best in history and the bes speller in hight school.

        Maria Shiela P. Padila, a believer, a dreamer and an achiever is known to be energetic and has a strong determination in life and faith in God. She believes in the saying "if others can do why can't I. " She dreamt that someday she'd be agle to establish a business of her own in order to share her expertise and serve her fellow PWDs.
       
        As she is known to her family and frineds, metel was a class valedicatorian in Concord High School, Cabreros St. Cebu City and fisnished a degree in Accountancy at the University of Cebu. Then she won third place inaccunting and bookkeeping in the first National Abilympics of TESDA in 1996. She was unshered to join the skill competition in cake decoration in 2001 and made it in the regional and national berths.
