The Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement are stated as follows:
1. For purposes of making the agreement clear for both parties concerned, the ist o computer terms and phrases are defined here.

b. WORLD WIDE WEB- the complete set of documents residing on all Internet web serveers, accessible to uservia a simple point-and-click system.
c. WEB SITE- a set o interconnected web ages, usually incuding a homepage, generally located on the same server, prepared and maintained as a colection of information by a person, group, or organization
d. WEB PAGE- a document on the World Wide Web, consisting of an HTML. file and any related iles for scripts and graphics, and often hyperlinked to other documents on the Web
e. WEB HOSTING- a business providing hardware and sercices to stourel maintain, and present Web sites and provide Internet connection to those sites and saved on a web server.
f. DOMAIN NAME- series o charcter and letters separated by a period, such as www.hmco.com, that is an address o a computer netwrk connection and that identifies the owner of the address
g. EMAIL- a system for sending and receiving messages electronically over a computer network, between personal computers
