We can say that the completion of the contract was a miracle. The approval of our loans from PEF, DBP, SBGFC, Cataract Foundation, Landbank, NATCCO and the generous contributions of CBM, Peter, Milo and Butch, to name a few, together with the commitment of the members constituted the miracle. Indeed, we needed a miracle to start, produce and deliver the contract as well as collect the full payment.
The contract provided us a chance to experience the day-to-day intricacies of managing a multi-million project. It also enabled us to establish a good track record to our creditors and partners. The learnings and lessons derived from the experience will henceforth be our concrete tool in handling subsequent contracts of the same size or even bigger in the future.
