Furniture upholstery on the go
Our members are trained on metal and wood works but they are not equipped with skills on upholstery. To diversify their knowledge on furniture-making, a hands-on training on Basic Furniture Upholstery was conducted among 10 members coming from our five MCs in Luzon. This was conducted in coordination with the Cottage Industry and Technology Center (CITC) in Marikina City. The five-day training certainly offered another opportunity for our members as those who were trained will pass on their newly-acquired knowledge and skill to the members of their respective cooperatives.
